Tours are held rain or shine. Plan ahead. We usually have an umbrella or two.

1. Select a date or possible dates for a tour.

2. Send a tour inquiry email to hauntedsharpsburg@gmail.com

3. Once a date is agreed upon, send a deposit payment of $25 to reserve your private tour date. We accept payments by Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

4. If you need to cancel, your deposit payment will be returned in full if the cancellation notice is received 48 hours before your tour.

5. There is no refund of deposit payments for notices received within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date.

6. If we cancel the tour  we will refund your tour deposit. 

7. Please be on time for your private tour. Your tour will be scheduled to start at a mutually agreeable time, usually no later than 7:30. We will be available to hold your 90 minute tour for a period within a 100 minute window of the start time. 

8. If you are pleased with the tour set up arrangements, advance communication, advice for your visit, and the tour we presented, please offer a gratuity to your tour guide.
